We are the Bullard Aquatics Boosters Club and our mission is to provide fundraising support for the Bullard Aquatics programs. We support funding for equipment, tournament,s and meet fees and provide player and coach support.

Booster Board & Committee Meetings
The Bullard Aquatics Boosters holds monthly board meetings and informal committee meetings throughout the year. Board meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Committee meetings are scheduled by each committee chair.

Bullard Aquatics Booster Committee Descriptions
Snack Bar Committee
The Snack Bar Committee is responsible for the operation and management of the snack bar during aquatic events and regular swim meets. This committee oversees the procurement of supplies, menu planning, pricing, and staffing of volunteers. The goal is to ensure that the snack bar runs efficiently, provides healthy and appealing options for athletes and spectators, and generates additional revenue for the organization. This committee will have two co-chairs, one from the boys team and one from the girls team.
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee manages all internal and external communication efforts for the aquatics organization. This includes creating and distributing newsletters, managing social media channels, updating the website, and ensuring that members are informed about upcoming events, tournaments, and important announcements. The committee is also responsible for public relations efforts, ensuring the organization maintains a positive public image.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee is tasked with developing and executing strategies to raise funds for the aquatics organization. This may include organizing fundraising events, securing sponsorships, writing grant proposals, and coordinating donation drives. The committee works closely with other board members to meet financial goals and support the ongoing needs of the organization.
Hospitality Committee
The Hospitality Committee ensures that all visiting coaches and referees feel welcomed and appreciated at aquatic events. This committee is responsible for organizing hospitality areas, providing refreshments for officials and coaches during home games and tournaments hosted by Bullard Aquatics.
Events and Tournaments Committee
The Events and Tournaments Committee oversees the planning and execution of all aquatic events and competitions, including swim meets, water polo tournaments, and other related activities. This committee coordinates event logistics, secures venues, manages registration, and ensures that all events run smoothly and meet the organization’s standards. They also work closely with other committees to incorporate elements such as fundraising, hospitality, and communication into each event.
